Basic Philosophy of Corporate Governance

The Company has adopted the following as its philosophy.

Management Philosophy: "Meet the expectations of patients, employees, shareholders, and society through the advancement of innovative medical treatments and continuous corporate growth."

Based on these philosophical statements, we believe that increasing management efficiency while also heightening management soundness, transparency, and compliance will enhance corporate value over the long term and allow us to return profits to our shareholders as well as many of our stakeholders. To enhance management soundness, transparency, and compliance, we center the establishment of an organizational structure that can respond quickly and flexibly to changes in the business environment as an important mission. We also work to enhance corporate governance, to help ensure efficient management from the perspective of the shareholders, who stand as the owners of the company.
